Blackberry Hill Alpacas

Full wedding venue package $2,500 for up to 100 people

-  Set up for the wedding ceremony near the lake

-  Use of the pavilion for the reception which includes set-up and 

    removal of tables and chairs

-  Use of the farmhouse for the wedding party to dress and relax before  

    the big event

-  Use of the kitchen for caterers to set up

-  Access to the grounds around the water and near the alpaca pastures

   under towering old oak

   trees

- Access to the property from 11 AM – 10 PM Friday for decorating,

   rehearsal and rehearsal dinner

- Saturday access to the property from 9 AM – 11 PM for the wedding       day  and clean-up

- 12 round tables and 96 chairs

- Several straight tables and chairs as needed

- Tables and sign for presents and cards in pavilion or farmhouse

- Arch for wedding ceremony

- 4 Hour venue rental Friday – Sunday $750

- 8 Hour venue rental Friday – Sunday $1450

​

- 4 Hour venue rental Monday – Thursday $650

​

- 8 Hour venue rental Monday – Thursday $1250

​

Alpaca visit with tour guide during daylight hours $50 for a group 15 to 50 people.  Tours for 51-100 people $75.

Farmhouse rental for wedding or baby showers, meetings or small parties $250 for 3 hours, includes access to the kitchen for food brought into the event.

All events require a 50 % non-refundable deposit at the time of signing a contract with the rest due 30 days before the event.

There is an additional $200 cleaning deposit for weddings and large events, which will be returned after the venue has been cleaned by your group. All items brought to the venue must be removed.
